Home Activity Challenges

During these difficult times, it is crucial that children and adults remain active! The Chief Medical Officer guidelines state that ALL children should have 60 Active Minutes per day! Schools usually provide the vast majority of these 60 minutes through their play times, lunch times, curriculum PE and extra curricular clubs. However, as this is no longer possible for the majority of families, the responsibility falls on your shoulders alone. To help you and your children to remain active, we will be posting weekly activity challenges to this page as well as posting daily challenges on our social media accounts.
